Here, our Citrus Salt + Pepper Seasoning envelops avocado, citrus, onion, and grapefruit, which when combined lend a ceviche-like texture and flavor.   • Begin by peeling the skins from the grapefruitand oranges. Then, slice across the center lines to make ¼″ thick rounds.Gently pull the rounds apart to make wedges of fruit, about 2 segments each. 
  • In a medium serving bowl, combine the citrus,avocado, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, Citrus Salt and PepperSeasoning, and salt. Gently toss to combine.
  • Let the flavors combine for 5-10 minutes, giveanother gentle toss, and serve with plantain or tortilla chips.
