Breakfast should be filling on a busy day. There’s nothing worse than having a jam-packed day with no time to eat while you’re starving.
The. solution to that is a filling breakfast that won’t give you a crash hours later, which a lot of carb heavy meals tend to do.
This super fast and easy omelet is the answer. It’s got loads of protein, veggies, and tons of flavor. The flavor comes from a bold and zesty seasoning, but also from peppers that have been sautéed with onions and steak. A bit of sharp cheddar adds a creamy tang that balances everything out.
The best part of this is that it comes together super fast. So you can enjoy a hot meal that will keep you full and satisfied until you have time to eat again.
