We’ve had some unseasonably warm weather lately, so while deciding what to make for dinner, I took it outside to the grill.

Even if it’s cold, this super easy and delicious salmon only takes a few minutes, and is a good change from the soups and stews we normally eat this time of year.

The flavor comes from Ava Jane’s Kitchen’s Blackened Fish seasoning. A blend of herbs and spices that delivers both heat and flavor, it’s perfect for fish. but you can also use this for chicken or shrimp.

It’s also only a few ingredients. Serve it with your favorite steamed veggies, potatoes, or a green salad (it’s especially good on top of a big salad!) and you’ve got dinner done in a flash with almost no cleanup!
