If you have cashews, chocolate, and our Caramelized Cacao Beans, you’ll never have to suffer from a chocolate bar or candy craving again. This recipe combines mineral-rich salt and cacao with nutrient-dense cashews for a decadent morsel that’s also extremely nutritious.

Ingredients

1 cup (8 oz) dark chocolate, chopped
½  cup roasted cashews
½ cup Ava Jane Caramelized Cacao Beans
 Ava Jane Colima Sea Salt

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then set aside.

Place chopped chocolate in a double boiler or small pot over low heat.

Stir chocolate continuously until fully melted (don’t stop stirring or else it may burn!).

Remove chocolate from heat and stir in cashews and cacao beans. Mix thoroughly.

Drop mixture by in ½ Tbsp portions (about 3-4 cashews and cacao beans per scoop) onto the baking sheet.

Sprinkle with Colima sea salt and let stand at room temperature until hardened.
